Anne Kirui - Partner
Anne’s focus is in civil litigation with specialisation in property disputes, judicial review matters, land disputes, constitutional petition. She has successfully represented her clients in litigation matters around land rights and proprietorship, Electoral Disputes and Personal Injury Disputes and has argued cases at the Court of Appeal. She also has significant experience in real estate development and conveyancing, commercial and company law, legal research, advisory and Corporate governance.

Fredrik von Homeyer - of Counsel
Our Senior Consultant Fredrik von Homeyer is a Swedish Legal Counsel with international experience regarding business within the private and the public sector. He has more than 20 years of experience in negotiations, handling contracts, disputes et cetera in international business. He has worked extensively with large international Swedish companies within the industrial, shipping, medical and educational sector.
Fredrik´s competence and experience in co-operation with our law firm, constitutes a competent team with a high competence regarding assisting non-Kenyan companies to enhance their existing business in Kenya as well as establishing their business here. The same applies for Kenyan companies that want assistance while expanding outside Kenya. He is based in Sweden but is frequently in Kenya.
Wilson Ngao - Legal Researcher
Wilson is a legal researcher at the firm. Under the general direction of the partners, he researches on precedent setting authorities within varied jurisdictions both within and outside of the Commonwealth and presents findings with sound written arguments in light of academic legal literature and case law. He drafts well planned legal briefs on a variety of legal issues touching on different branches of law.

Alphonse O’Makalwala - Managing Partner
Alphonse has experience in ensuring fast solutions in the compliance industry for local and international clientele, ensuring clients are set up to meet their targets in the local and regional market in Africa and providing litigation services as the last resort towards resolving clients’ matters. He also provides bespoke & confidential solutions for private clientele including but not limited to Wills and Probate, Private Trusts, Property Transactions, Criminal proceedings and Executorship Services. Alphonse has previously carried out due diligence for clients in the M&A space, advised on Tax Compliance matters and Business Set Up structures in Kenya.
